Gaia Herbs Receives State Grant to Provide GMP Certification Training for Its Employees
During the summer of 2005, Gaia Herbs received a grant from the state of North Carolina in collaboration with Blue Ridge Community College. Our entire staff of production and processing employees are undergoing training in all phases of GMP management and are learning the value of upholding accurate standard operating procedures. Our end objectives from this training initiative will be to obtain 3rd party certification as a GMP facility during the fall of 2005.
