    Adults take 1 capsule 3 times daily between meals. Use as needed.

    Sooo helpful

    This product is sooo helpful. I’ve been taking it for about a month and a week now and it has increased my supply tremendously. Of course this along with regular pumping, coconut water, lots of water, oats, etc. ! And rest. The before and after of my supply is below. Went from a few drops to ounces!!!

Are your products Organic?

Gaia Herbs purchases Certified Organic ingredients when possible. If not Certified Organic, they are Ecologically Harvested. Ecologically Harvested herbs include herbs that are harvested in their natural habitat, (i.e., wild harvested) according to specific guidelines for harvesting these herbs (i.e., away from roads and industry, as well as guidelines to avoid overharvesting).

All Ecologically Harvested herbs must pass pesticide, heavy metals, and microbial testing prior to being used in our products.
