    WHAT IS IT?

    Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is a small shrub traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine, known for its adaptogenic properties. It is often referred to as Indian ginseng or winter cherry. The root of the plant has been harvested for centuries for its rejuvenating and stress-relieving effects.

    WHAT IS IT USED FOR?

    Ashwagandha helps support the body?s stress response, immune system, and cognitive function. It also promotes restful sleep, balanced energy levels, and overall vitality. This herb is used to nourish the adrenal glands and promote a calm mood by regulating cortisol levels.

    For optimal results

    Adults take 2 capsules 1 hour before bed. Best results obtained after 1 month of use.

    It works!

    I love sleep thru because it doesn’t knock you out or make you drowsy or give you fuzzy brain the next morning. It just relaxes you enough to be able to fall asleep and stay asleep.

    Helps so much with sleep

    This is the only thing I've found that seems to have made any kind of significant change to my ability to sleep. It took about a month before I noticed a change. And I still have occasional nights where I wake up and can't fall back to sleep. But looking at the average amount of sleep I was getting last year compared to this year, this is the only thing that has made a true improvement.

Are your products Organic?

Gaia Herbs purchases Certified Organic ingredients when possible. If not Certified Organic, they are Ecologically Harvested. Ecologically Harvested herbs include herbs that are harvested in their natural habitat, (i.e., wild harvested) according to specific guidelines for harvesting these herbs (i.e., away from roads and industry, as well as guidelines to avoid overharvesting).

All Ecologically Harvested herbs must pass pesticide, heavy metals, and microbial testing prior to being used in our products.
