Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 apple, cored and sliced, or 1 cup apple sauce (cinnamon or plain)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 banana, frozen
- 1 serving MacaBoost® Vanilla-Chai
Preparation:
- Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve immediately.
*If you desire, non-dairy yogurt can be substituted.
