Vegan, Paleo, dairy-free, detox, alkaline... and so goes the list of different labels people use to define their nutrition choices these days. As a dietitian, I don't dwell on what someone chooses not to eat; I focus on making sure what they do eat is well-balanced and nutritious.
Regardless of your diet plan, modern life presents challenges for our bodies that our nutrition can support. Thankfully, the body has natural, healthy inflammatory responses in place. These are a signal, like the whistle of a tea kettle, to remind us when we need to work on getting back to a state of balance.
Real, whole foods are packed with nutrients to promote health and wellness.* Turmeric is a great addition to any nutrition plan, and, what's more, it's delicious-especially when you use TurmericBoost like we did in this Cumin-Lime Turmeric Vinaigrette.
You’re committed to making smart nutrition choices, so choose a dressing that tastes great and gives you a boost. Smoky cumin and tangy lime are a perfect fit with Turmeric Boost® Restore.
